How Coffee is Decaffeinated
I've gotten curious about how coffee is decaffeinated since a friend twigged me to concerns about a purported connection between decaf and cancer.
Alice doesn't seem to think there's a problem.
How does Berres Brothers decaffeinate that French Caramel Cream coffee I like? I don't know.

Methylene chloride is nasty stuff (as I'm sure you remember), but they probably remove it thoroughly.
